At Lludi, we prioritize high-quality, stylish, and comfortable products. If you need to return or exchange an item, we aim to make the process smooth and transparent in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
30-Day Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you are entitled to a remedy under ACL. Returns are accepted within 30 days at our expense. Refunds, exchanges, or store credits are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days. Customers cover shipping costs. Price differences will be refunded or charged.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to non-faulty returns. Refunds exclude this fee and original shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Example: A return for an AUD 100 item with AUD 10 shipping will result in a refund of AUD 75.
