How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed, followed by tracking details when it’s shipped.

How long will shipping take?

Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days

Expedited Shipping (when available): 7-15 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Allow 3-5 days for tracking updates. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or the link in your confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most international destinations. If shipping restrictions apply to your location, you’ll be notified at checkout.

What should I do if my package is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like customs or local postal delays. If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days, contact us at hello@lludi.com.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

For packages marked as "delivered" but not received, contact the carrier first. While Lludi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll assist you with filing a claim if necessary.

What if I notice an error in my shipping address?

Contact us immediately at hello@lludi.com. We’ll do our best to correct it before shipping, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.
